Project Brief
New Year in London is a cinematic documentary following Lunar New Year celebrations in London's Chinatown, shot on a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K. The film stays inside the crowd, following the lion dancers, the smoke and the density of the street rather than observing from a distance. Edited and colour graded in DaVinci Resolve Studio by Jack Lee. Music by Lexin Music.
